VT-4500 provides stable and precise machining based on an integrated bed structure, double pinion driven C-axis and rigid Ram. High precision is ensured even during long-term processing by minimizing thermal displacement.

High-Rigidity Frame Structure
Double column frame structure enables best stability during roughing operations. The table and bed are manufactured from meehanite cast iron to minimize deformation. The design has been optimized through 3D CAD and finite element analysis.
No-Contact, Long-Life Hydrostatic Bearing
The use of high-rigidity hydrostatic bearing enables to produce higher quality machined surface than with standard bearing due to vibration dampening effect by the oil film implemented including forced oil cooling system.
C-Axis For Turn Mill
The built-in C-axis control unit enables precise operations of boring, drilling, milling, and tapping, etc. to meet various machining conditions. (C-axis minimum table division degree: 0.001)
Curvic Coupling
Curvic coupling between the tool holder and the ram provides secured clamping and enables high-precision machining.
