Integrated, ultra-durable bed
HOT-2000 has an integrated bed frame to minimize heat distortion, the precision-wide guide ways and the ultra-durable bed absorb the vibration effectively, to assure highest precision. All guide surfaces are rectangular and incorporate turcite to maintain rigidity and accuracy over prolonged operation.
High-Performance Spindle (C-Axis)
The Hwacheon clean room assembly facility, where these high-speed, high-precision spindles are manufactured, maintains optimal temperature and humidity, and is kept free of any foreign substances. Only the most skilled master engineers are allowed in the assembly facility.
Tailstock
The tail stock can be operated either by foot switch or by programming and provide firm, stable air-pressure chucking. The tailstock can be manually positioned by the operator (position decision).
